Where do you provide service?

We serve the coastal communities from Jupiter to Lake Worth, specializing in waterfront properties but happy to bring our expertise anywhere within this area. After all, exceptional cocktails deserve to be enjoyed everywhere.

What's your minimum guest count?

No minimum! Whether it's an intimate dinner for 8 or a celebration for 50, we bring the same exceptional service.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a $100 deposit to secure your date, which ensures our team is exclusively yours for the evening. The balance is due upon completion of service.

What's your cancellation policy??

We understand plans change. Cancellations made 10+ days prior may receive a full deposit refund. Within 10 days, we will work with you to reschedule. Cancellations within 3 days forfeit the deposit, as we've turned away other events for you.

Can you help with menu planning?

This is Catherine's specialty! She'll create a custom cocktail menu tailored to your event theme, season, and guests' preferences. Many clients say this consultation alone is worth the investment. Custom menu planning is included with all bookings.

Do you provide the alcohol?

No - Florida licensing law requires you to provide all alcohol. However, Catherine will send you a detailed shopping list with exact quantities, saving you time and money.

What about garnishes?

We offer two options:

• Basic garnishes (lemons, limes, simple herbs): You provide
• Elaborate garnish service ($50-150): We create specialty garnishes, dehydrated fruits, herb bouquets, and custom preparations at our prep kitchen

What areas do you serve?

Jupiter to Lake Worth, focusing on waterfront properties along the coast and Intracoastal. Travel fees may apply for events beyond our standard service area.

Can you handle last-minute bookings?

Yes! While we recommend booking 3-4 weeks ahead, we love spontaneous celebrations. Text us - if we're available, we're there.

Do you work with other vendors?

Absolutely! We coordinate seamlessly with your caterer, planner, DJ, or other vendors. Many of Palm Beach's best vendors request us specifically.
